1. Order Deadline

Monday to Friday, if you order before 5 pm, we will ship by 6 pm.
Your product is guaranteed to arrive within 5-7 business days.

2. How to Track the Order

When your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the logistics carrier’s website where you can track it. You can also find tracking information on the order details page.

3. How do I Change My Shipping Address

As soon as you discover that your shipping address is wrong, please contact our customer service immediately! We will help you change your shipping address before shipping. Please note that we cannot change the address once the item has shipped.

4. Is My Package Discreet

Don’t worry if people will know what you bought. We take 100% care to protect your privacy. Every order will be shipped in plain packaging with no reference to anything anywhere or inside. No one knows what good baby you bought.

5. How to Deliver

Shipping: Free flat-rate shipping on orders over $72.00. 
For all international shipments, once the shipment reaches the destination country and the package is received by customs, the customs agent will make all final delivery arrangements. After tracking the package on pinkkittytoys.com and stating that the package is in customs, customers can contact their local customs agent for final delivery information and arrangements.

Note: High-Risk Countries: Some of the countries we found to be at risk in terms of import to customs seizures and issues are India, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait and South Korea. We do everything we can to satisfy our customers, but we have no control over deliveries to these countries.
For US orders, US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, the international carrier may vary (we promise time, not international companies).
We do not accept cash on delivery orders.

6. Tips for Covid-19 Precautions
